Frequently Asked Questions
Can I buy my ticket on the day?
Yes, tickets will be available at the gate and online throughout the Festival.
What Payment Methods do you accept?
You can pay via credit card and PayPal. Alternatively, cash will be accepted on the day you attend the Festival.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
There will be loads of food and drink options available at the Festival, and we have done our best to cater for a number of food allergies and preferences. However, you can bring outside food and drink with you if you prefer.
No external alcohol will be permitted within the Festival.
Will there be entertainment at the Festival?
The Festival will have live music throughout the day to keep you entertained. For a full list of artists please refer to our Facebook page.
Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is not permitted within the grounds of the Festival.
Can I change the name on the ticket?
Tickets can be transferable so you will not need to change the name on the ticket if you have different people attending than those listed.
What is your Refund Policy?
Purchased tickets are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled, the ticket will be refunded within 60 days after the date of the event. The service charge is not refundable. We will not be issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
Where is the festival located?
The Festival will be held within the grounds of Swansea Lakeside Holiday Park, Swansea. Entry for the general public will be via Wollarah Street.
What time does the festival start?
Friday the Cruise will start at 9am – please arrive by 8:30am. The Festival will open to VFA Pass holders at 3pm and go until late.
Saturday the Festival will open at 9am and go until late.
Sunday the Festival will open at 9am and go until late.
Volkswagen Car Show and Shine Winners will be announced at approximately 2pm on Sunday.
Is this a family-friendly event?
This festival was created with families in mind and families are definitely welcome! There will be lots for the kids to do on the day. Keep an eye out on our Facebook page for announcements.

Is this a dog-friendly event?
YES! Dogs are permitted within the Festival area. However, they are not permitted in the accommodation section of the venue.
There are other dog-friendly accommodations close by so be sure to check out the options of where you’re staying.

Do I need cash for this Festival?
ATM machines will be located nearby in Swansea and some market stalls and food stalls will have EFTPOS available.
